I feel so sick right now, I dont think I'm going to the gym...I gotta bad headache and I'm so hungry but I feel too weak to eat.........................................................blah...

Current Season = Cutting

Right now I am in the "cutting" season meaning I am cutting back on the calories and focusing on fat loss. The cardio intensity is very high. This season will end at the end of summer and I will move on to the "bulking" season.
