Wednesday: Meals

OMG today was a weak day for me. I was having withdrawals, I was CRAVING that fast food greasy crap! I was even justifying in my brain why it would be ok to get a small fry. But I resisted, THANK GOD! I even went to Wild Wings and ordered a salad (I got some strange looks but its all good lmao).

Meal One
can chicken with horseradish sauce
pesto parmesan crackers
cottage cheese with cinnamon and honey

Snack
pesto parmesan crackers

Meal Two
big salad from Wild Wings
sweet tea

I cant wait to hit the gym in the morning!!

    its more like a lifestyle change, i dont wanna be old and sick, so im cleaning up my eating habits....dude you have nooooo idea! i was so 'fat' all i would eat all day was a box of honey buns and MAYBE The Dollar Menu LMFAO!

    LMBO! Oh well thats was up. I need to get up on some weight gain type stuff cause for some one like me it don't seem like fast food has any affect what so ever, which sucks, LoL!
