Wednesday was good. I had a good work out, I was feelin so pumped up! Today was a different story. I had to go out and get all these freaking supplies for class so I didnt get to go to the gym. BUT I did manage to do a few sets of pushups, which went well. Im so mad right now and Im really cranky. All this freakin money Im spending at this school, you would think they would make a freakin parking lot or parking garage or somethin!

I was suppose to 40min cardio today but I wasnt even feeling it. So I went for 30 lol When I say Im doing cardio, I dont mean just a walk in the park. The key to doing effective cardio is keeping your heart rate up. I try to keep mines at 140, which is in between my maximum and minimum (120 to 160).

What makes me quit?
- Hunger. I love to eat any and everything so diets for me are a waste of time lol
- Not seeing any results.
- Being tired
- Feeling down
- Just plain laziness
- Having an off day. Sometimes one bad day leads to me having another and another and soon I feel too far gone to turn around.
- People. Some people can be so negative and I foolishly listen to them.
- Knowing the end results. Sometimes I gotta think about WHY I'm doing this and I realize that each day is apart of the process.
- My health. I care about my body (now) and I want to live a long time.
- Strength. I wanna grow stronger and this is the only safe and legal way lol
- Daniel. My personal trainer and friend gives me inspiration to keep moving forward. I wanna be just like him when I grow up LMAO
- Seeing results. It feels good when I can actually notice a GOOD change.
- Having a good work. Good work outs always cheer me up. They make me yearn for my next session.
- Feeling the burn. When I get that sore feeling, I feel like I accomplished something.

I fell apart this weekend. I ate all kinds of bad stuff. I guess I dont have as much self control as I thought! LOL But it's ok, I'm back on track now. Im bout to head to the gym in a few minutes, do my cardio. Ill be back with the results!
