Yeah, yesterday I really messed up. I had pound cake, ribs, french fries, the works! Not all at the same time! LOL And I didn't even go to the gym. But you know what? It's okay! Some people use a bad day as an excuse to drop their diets/work out plans. I just gotta press forward and do better, one day at a time.
Today....hmmm well I got a make up class at 930 but I dont plan on staying there for long. SO when I get back I'm hitting the gym HARD.
30min cardio, high intensity
6 sets, 12-15 reps of pushups (3 regular, 3 with higher intensity)
4 sets, 12-15 situps/crunches
OH and if anyone happens to be following what I do, make sure you drink plenty of WATER! I gotta sad yet funny story about my graduation that I'll share some other time lol Keep your heads up!
