Monday: WOW I FEEL GOOD

Heyyy bloggers! Today was GREAT and it's not even over yet lol Started a new diet/workout plan. I got two sessions of cardio, 30min in the morning and 30 more at night. Then next week it will be 40, then 50 and then 1hour! I feel like I'm preparing for a competition lol I'll blog about the meal later. This program is suppose to help you get rid of bodyfat. You know, the stubborn fat on your tummy thats hendering your sexy HAHA

People think I'm crazy when I say I need to lose weight. Let me set the record straight. I dont think Im FAT, I'm just trying to live a healthy life and get down to very little body fat (so my abs can show through). That's my reason for doing this. You should try it too!
